Returns and Exchange Conditions

We have 10 Days Return & Exchange policy. LASTINCH will accept Return or Exchange only if the following conditions are met.

  • The tag on the product should be intact.
  • The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
  • The product(s) needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
  • The products purchased under sale can only be replaced in case of size issue.
  • The refund amount will be credited back to your LASTINCH account in the form of a voucher or credit points for future purchases.
  • The process of credit of account, in case of return of product, will take a period of 3-4 working days, in case the account is not updated the customer can contact us at [email protected] to state his/her grievance.
  • In case of exchange, kindly return the garment intact and we’ll send you the replacement once it is received and QC passed for above mentioned conditions
  • Exchange would be applicable only in size and fit issue with same garment.
  • Reverse pick ups are chargeable facility for any subsequent exchanges after first purchase.

Guidelines to self-ship:

Mention RETURN on the package, pack the item in the original delivered bag, include the bill inside and courier it back to us at our address mentioned below and follow this procedure :

  1. Contact us at [email protected] or Call At 1800 11 1189 to raise an issue.
  2. Self ship at our address given below with the item well packed along with our original invoice and keep a copy with yourself for reference
  3. Fill up the returns form.
  4. The courier charges reimbursement in case of self ship is subjected to the courier receipt (share the scanned copy of receipt) value or Rs 100 whichever is less. The shipping vouchers or credit points would be redeemable within 30 days period from the date of issue only.
  5. Reverse pick up facility is subjected to the courier partner’s serviceability at your area.

  1. Refunds are subject to your returns being inspected upon receipt at our end.
  2. While doing self-ship please retain your shipping receipt and email us the tracking info on [email protected] so as to enable us to track the delivery of your return to us. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self shipped.
