Where do I send my return?

You can send return at the below mentioned address. Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/written on your return parcel with your order number and do not forget to include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return.

Reverse Pick up service?

We have introduced the reverse pick up service on selected locations/pin codes. Once we receive your return request, we will inform you whether this service is available at your pin code or not.

What is the Return & Exchange time after purchase?

The product can be returned within 10 days after delivery subjected to the product being in intact condition with tag.

How long will the entire process take?

It can take up to 7 working days (from the date of return requested) or more to receive your return, depending on your location and the courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive the refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return. Usually you will receive your refund in the form of store credits/points/vouchers/wallet at the end of this 48 hour window.

Do I get charged for returning products?

We do not charge for reverse pickup service. In case of self-ship, the courier charges reimbursement is subjected to the courier receipt value (share the scanned copy of receipt) or Rs. 100, whichever is less.

How will I be refunded for the return?

On successfully processing the refund, the amount will be credited to your account as credit points. You would be able to use this credit on any of your subsequent purchases on It would be valid on any equal or above value product.

Can I request delivery to an International Shipping address?

We are doing International deliveries only in a few countries. You may refer here for details. For these locations you may place the order and cart will show up the International shipping charges applicable which can be paid through Paypal/CCAvenue.

No payment option visible on checkout?

For a few countries the cart may not show up shipping charges and payment gateway option even after filling up your complete details, please take a screenshot of the entire page(top to bottom) with filled in billing and shipping details and mail us at [email protected]

Can I request cash on delivery to an International Shipping address?

No only prepaid shipments can be delivered worldwide.

International Returns & Refunds?

Refunds will be provided in the form of credit points in LASTINCH account and will be valid for 1 year from the date of allotement.

Can’t find your country at checkout page under country list?
