- Reverse Pick up service?
- We have introduced the reverse pick up service on selected locations/pin codes. Once we receive your return request, we will inform you whether this service is available at your pin code or not.
- What is the Return & Exchange time after purchase?
- The product can be returned within 10 days after delivery subjected to the product being in intact condition with tag.
- How long will the entire process take?
- It can take up to 7 working days (from the date of return requested) or more to receive your return, depending on your location and the courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive the refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return. Usually you will receive your refund in the form of store credits/points/vouchers/wallet at the end of this 48 hour window.
- Do I get charged for returning products?
- We do not charge for reverse pickup service. In case of self-ship, the courier charges reimbursement is subjected to the courier receipt value (share the scanned copy of receipt) or Rs. 100, whichever is less.
- How will I be refunded for the return?
- On successfully processing the refund, the amount will be credited to your lastinch.in account as credit points. You would be able to use this credit on any of your subsequent purchases on lastinch.in. It would be valid on any equal or above value product.
- Can I request delivery to an International Shipping address?
- We are doing International deliveries only in a few countries. You may refer here for details. For these locations you may place the order and cart will show up the International shipping charges applicable which can be paid through Paypal/CCAvenue.
- No payment option visible on checkout?
- For a few countries the cart may not show up shipping charges and payment gateway option even after filling up your complete details, please take a screenshot of the entire page(top to bottom) with filled in billing and shipping details and mail us at support@lastinch.in.
- Can I request cash on delivery to an International Shipping address?
- No only prepaid shipments can be delivered worldwide.
- International Returns & Refunds?
- Refunds will be provided in the form of credit points in LASTINCH account and will be valid for 1 year from the date of allotment.
- Can’t find your country at checkout page under country list?
- For getting the tentative quotes of the shipment in other countries not listed here or at checkout, share your complete mailing address and the products you are interested in at support@lastinch.in, with your contact number. Relax we will contact you back. Do not forget to create an account with us to allow us to reach you for further delivery information.

- What are the delivery charges?
- The delivery charges would be applicable as per the weight and quantity of the shipment. It varies for International Shipping you may refer the International Shipping charges.
- Which payment methods are accepted?
- We are having all kind of payment methods cc, dc, netbanking and wallets via our various payment gateway partners like payumoney, paytm, paywithamazon & mobiwik.
- How long will delivery take?
- Our standard delivery time is 6 – 7 working days. It may be more than 15 days in case of International deliveries and Indian remote areas.
- COD Order Process?
- COD Orders: All COD orders are contacted by our customer service team for security purposes. 2 attempts will be made to confirm the order failing which, orders will be canceled. (We suggest confirming your COD order on call for a smooth delivery experience).
- How secure is shopping in lastinch.in? Is my data protected?
- Yes, We do follow very strict code of conduct & privacy policy as per jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi. So please be assure your data will be very protected with us.
- What exactly happens after ordering?
- When you order with us its a 3 step simple procedure. 1- We do give a confirmation call/email to verify your order, wait for your confirmation till 24 hours. 2- We handover shipment to our courier partner. 3- Your order is shipped and the tracking information is shared within 24 -48 hours after dispatch.
- Do I receive an invoice for my order?
