Return Policy

Lastinch offers 10-days Return Policy, which is applicable under these circumstances:

• The Product should be unused. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any smells aren’t transferred to the product (Example: natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume etc.)
• The Hang tag and other accessories should not be removed from the product
• The product should be unwashed, and should be returned in an undamaged condition in the original packaging.
• The products purchased from the “Just In” section are valid for returns, subjected to the conditions of the product.
• The products purchased from the “Ethnic Wear” section are valid for returns, subjected to the conditions of the product.
• The products purchased from the “Lingerie” section are valid for returns, subjected to the conditions of the product. Briefs/panties are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons
• The products purchased from “Designer Wear” section cannot be returned in any circumstances or offers.as there are custom made.
• Products purchased from “Factory Outlet“ section cannot be returned in any circumstances or offers. The products under Factory Outlet are fast moving and low in stock always. All the items under this section are part of clearance sale and are not eligible for return
• Products that are sold as Combos or under Buy 1 Get 1 Offer cannot be returned as individual items. The sole discretion of returns on these will depend on the promotional conditions of the offers. In case where returns are accepted, credit points will only be issued post returns being delivered at our warehouse.
• Returns on the products sold under SALE, depends on the promotional condition of the offer.
• Cancellations request can be entertained before dispatch of the order, once it is dispatched cannot be cancelled and only returned
• The refund amount will be credited back to your LASTINCH account in the form of a voucher or credit points for future purchases.
• The credit points will reflect within 3-4 working days after the return products are delivered and passes the quality check at our warehouse.
• In all cases, Issue of credit points are subjected to return policy & inspected as per the above-mentioned conditions.
• In case of any manufacturing defect, kindly raise the concern on [email protected] with images of outer packaging and defects within 2 working days of product delivery.
• Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.

What If Returned Product Couldn’t Pass The Quality Check?
• Lastinch has an authority to re-send the product back to you if it doesn’t pass the quality check. We will share the images of defects via email.
 
Shop & Earn Programme

  • Promotional credits, cash backs or points allotted against any shopping offer are non-refundable
  • 10% or Rs 500 whichever is lesser will be issued with a validity of 1 year from the date of allotment
  • Not applicable on Factory Outlet, Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer.

 

Procedure for Return Request

  • Login to fill up the return form available on this page, all the relevant information can be fetched from your order notification email sent on the email id provided at the time of checkout
  • Reverse pick up will be arranged within 24-48 hours of raising the request and a notification will be sent on registered email
  • In case the reverse pick up service is not available at your pin code you will be notified and requested for self ship, follow self ship instructions given below

Guidelines To Self-ship:

Mention RETURN on the package, pack the item in the originally delivered bag, include the bill inside and courier it back to us at our address mentioned below and follow this procedure:-

  1. Fill up the returns form.
  2. Self ship at our address given below.
  3. Contact us at [email protected] or Call At 1800 11 1189 to raise an issue.
  4. The courier charges reimbursement in case of self ship is subjected to the courier receipt value (share the scanned copy of receipt) or Rs 60, whichever is less. The shipping vouchers or credit points would be redeemable within 30 days period from the date of issue.
  5. Reverse pick up facility is subjected to the courier partner’s serviceability at your area.

  1. Refunds are subject to your returns being inspected upon receipt at our end.
  2. While doing self-ship, please retain your shipping receipt and email us the tracking information on [email protected] for the smooth tracking of return. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self-shipped.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations can be entertained within 24 hours(72 hours for International orders) of the receipt of order before order dispatch, once the order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
  • Unprocessed orders will automatically be cancelled and refunded through the respective gateways.
  • Money will be refunded in the form of credit points or vouchers subjected to the returned product’s condition being intact, unused, unwashed, undamaged with tags.
