10 Days Easy Return Policy

What products are Returnable ?
  1. All the products are eligible for return on the website except the products tagged under Beauty , Personal Hygiene , Face Mask  & Lingerie .
  2. All the products purchased under Custom Size are non-returnable, on any circumstances. These products are specially customised as per the measurements given by the customer.
  3. Return period is restricted to 10 days ,counted from the date of delivery.( weekend and holidays are included)
  4. The refund amount will be credited back to your LASTINCH account in the form of a voucher or credit points for future purchases.
  5. The credit points will reflect within 3-4 working days after the return products are delivered and passes the quality check at our warehouse.
  6. In all cases, Issue of credit points are subjected to return policy & inspected as per the terms & conditions.
  7. In case of any manufacturing defect, kindly raise the concern on support@lastinch.in with images of outer packaging and defects within 2 working days of product delivery.
  8. Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.

What are the conditions for return eligibility?
  1. The Product should be in unused condition. kindly make sure that any sort of odour / smell aren’t getting transferred to the product (Example: natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume etc.) while trail of the garments.
  2. The Hang tags and other accessories should not be removed from the product.
  3. Initial Return Request against an order ID will be free of cost and will be borne by LASTINCH . Multiple returns against an order has to be borne by the customer, the amount will differ as per the recent courier charges prices, kindly contact at support@lastinch.in for more information.
  4. The product should be unwashed, and should be returned in an undamaged condition in the original packaging only.
  5. Products that are sold as Combos or under Buy 1 Get 1 Offer cannot be returned as individual items. The sole discretion of returns on these will depend on the promotional conditions of the OFFERS/SALE. In case where returns are accepted, credit points will only be issued post returns being delivered at our warehouse.
How can I cancel my order?

Cancellations request can be entertained before dispatch of the order, once it is dispatched cannot be cancelled and only returned

What is the Return & Exchange time after purchase?

The product can be returned within 10 days after delivery subjected to the product being in returnable condition with hand tags.

Procedure for Return Request

Login into your lastinch account and fill up the return form available on that page, all the relevant information can be fetched from your order notification email sent on the email address provided at the time of checkout.

Reverse pick up will be arranged within 24-48 hours of raising the request and a notification will be sent on registered email address.

In case the reverse pick up service is not available at your area pin code you will be notified and requested for self ship, follow self ship instructions given below.

Guidelines To Self-ship:

Mention RETURN on the package, pack the item in the originally delivered bag, include the bill inside and courier it back to us at our address mentioned below and follow this procedure:- Fill up the returns form, visible on this page after you login.

The courier charges reimbursement in case of self ship is subjected to the courier receipt value (share the scanned copy of receipt) or Rs 100, whichever is less. The shipping vouchers or credit points would be redeemable within 30 days period from the date of issue.

Reverse pick up facility is subjected to the courier partner’s serviceability at your area.

Note: Refunds are subject to your returns being quality inspected upon delivery at our warehouse.

While doing self-ship, please retain your shipping receipt and email us the tracking information on support@lastinch.in for the smooth tracking of return. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self-shipped.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be entertained within 24 hours(72 hours for International orders) of the receipt of order before order dispatch, once the order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Unprocessed orders will automatically be cancelled and refunded through the respective gateways.

Money will be refunded in the form of credit points or vouchers subjected to the returned product’s condition being intact, unused, unwashed, undamaged with tags.
